Kevlacat 2100 Offshore debut

Kevlacat released its new 2100 Offshore sportsfisher at the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show in May.
According to Kevlacat, the all-new model is derived from its award-winning 5.2m model. It features a fully-moulded construction with GRP in the hull, deck and engine pods. Underfloor is fully sealed and flo-coated. There’s also no timber in the construction, the company says.
The new model has a moulded length of 5.8m and a length overall, including engines, of 6.4m. Beam is a legally trailerable 2.4m, with draft just 0.4m.

Recommended horsepower is twin 90hp outboards and maximum twin 90hp outboards and maximum twin 115hp powerplants. The 2100 Offshore is reported to have a top speed of 38kt with twin 90hp Yamaha outboards.

Some of the standard features of the 2100 Offshore include 360lt stainless steel fueltank, quality stainless bowrail and deck hardware, two single bunks with cushions, two Reelax pedestal seaters, walk-through transom, livewell, deckwash, rodholders, hydraulic steering, sports steering wheel, compass, 27MHz radio and more.

Kevlacat says: “This vessel is extremely strong. Our traditional Kevlar lay-up and highest quality polyester resins provide the owner with a long-lasting investment with excellent re-sale value.”

As with all Kevlacat models, the 2100 Offshore comes with a five year structural hull warranty.
